On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

You may return a Fall or Spring textbook for a full refund within 2 weeks of the start of the semester; class schedules may be requested for verification. Intersession terms fall under a different return policy; ask upon purchase of Intersession books. The book must be in the condition in which it was purchased and you MUST present your receipt. A trade (Non-textbook) book may be returned within 1 day of purchase with receipt.
Returns on general merchandise must be made within two weeks of purchase date, with exception to electronics and computer software which have a return policy of one day if un-open. Exchanges for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
In all cases, a register receipt is required for a successful return.
